We believe in employing staff of a high calibre and training within the Montessori philosophy. We ensure they maintain the ethos of the nursery. All staff are fully vetted for suitability with enhanced DBS checks and all hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
We maintain high staff to child ratios in all areas of the nursery ensuring that each child receives individual attention and an easy transition through the classrooms. Each child is given the support of a key person who provides continuity of care and a familiar face on each day at school.
