WIRELESS CHAIR ALARM FOR ELDERLY ADULTS – The Wireless Patient Monitoring System Chair Exit Alarm Set helps prevent falls and wandering by immediately alerting caregivers when a fall-risk patient, resident, or loved one attempts to rise from a chair or wheelchair. Our patented wireless chair alarm system remotely monitors elderly patients with dementia, seniors, and individuals with cognitive or mobility impairments. This caregiver alert system is an ideal falsl management and wandering prevention aid for in-home caregivers, nursing homes, and hospitals. ELIMINATE IN-ROOM NOISE & TRIP HAZARDS – The wireless alarm monitor enables continuous remote monitoring by caregivers or nurses and can be placed up to 150 ft away from the patient’s room. If the monitor goes out of range, it alerts the caregiver through sound and flashing lights. The system is completely wireless, removing tripping hazards associated with traditional corded chair or bed sensor pads. ALARM PAUSE & DELAY FEATURES – The wireless alarm monitor includes a pause feature that allows caregivers to temporarily silence the alarm when assisting a patient to prevent nuisance alarms. Once the patient or resident returns to the chair, recliner, or wheelchair, the alarm automatically resets and resumes monitoring. A delay switch can be set to 0, 2, or 4 seconds to help prevent false alarms from normal movement or repositioning in the chair. RELIABLE WIRELESS CONNECTION – Our patented bi-directional wireless communication technology maintains a continuous, secure connection between the sensor pad transmitter and alarm monitor. The WAM-1R alarm monitor can be synced with up to three WAT-1R transmitters, allowing caregivers to monitor multiple chair, bed, or floor mat sensors simultaneously.
