Description Alarm Transmitter The Secure® Wireless Alarm Transmitter (WAT-1R) is an essential component of the Secure® Wireless Patient Monitoring System, designed to send instant alerts to the Secure® Wireless Alarm Monitor (WAM-1R) when connected to a compatible bed, chair, or floor mat sensor. This transmitter enables cord-free, remote fall monitoring for patients and residents at risk of falls or wandering in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care environments. Compact and easy to install, the WAT-1R connects directly to any Secure® wireless bed, chair, or floor mat sensor pad. When pressure is applied or removed from the pad, the transmitter sends a signal to the alarm monitor within a 150 ft wireless range, allowing caregivers to respond immediately. Featuring patented bi-directional 2.4GHz wireless communication, the WAT-1R ensures a secure, reliable connection with minimal interference. Each transmitter is uniquely coded to prevent cross-interference when multiple systems are in use. The unit also includes a low-battery indicator to ensure uninterrupted performance.
