Features of the Secure® SUA-120 Fall Alarm Monitor include: The patient alarm monitor is always on for resident safety. Staff can’t forget to activate the alarm (meets Joint Commission guidelines) Tamper-resistant covers conceal all alarm settings. The flashing alert light allows caregivers and nurses to easily identify an activated alarm.  There are two alarm tones to choose from, and the alarm volume can be set to 80, 90, or 120 dB. The caregiver is alerted by light and sound when batteries are low. The alarm pause feature allows the caregiver to temporarily pause monitoring to care for the patient, eliminating nuisance alarm sounds. Residents are prevented from tampering with the alarm monitor by a reset button that requires three presses. 3x AAA batteries, a protective holder, wall-mounting hardware, and a screwdriver are included in the package. The optional Nurse Call Cable (NCI-1) allows the alarm monitor to connect to an existing in-wall nurse call system with a 1/4″ plug.  The optional ACDC-1 adapter powers the alarm monitor in place of batteries.
